We Need:

Larger space for art class: Must be downtown, free and safe for artists and volunteers

Weekly Class

-Facilitators

-Art paper, getting paper cut when needed

-Food for quarterly artist’s meetings

-Photo documentation of artist’s work

-Web help for individual artists

-Attendance data collection and entry

-Outside exhibits, help with hanging and display

2010 Show, November, first or second weekend .

Art Show Coordinator- May through December, 10-40 hours/wk. Work with show volunteers and co-directors to facilitate all aspects of the show

Mounted Art Collection and documentation: August 3-20 Collect art from artists, organize, count, enter data and deliver to be mounted

Unmounted Art collection and documentation: September 28-October 5 Collect sleeved art from artists and document work

Labels- Using mounted and unmounted collection data create labels for art prep. Sept.29

Publicity- Work with the publicity team as needed to promote the show Special events before the show- Organize volunteers and resources needed to put on the event
